In chapters 5 and 6, the bride of Christ goes through a crisis where it appears Jesus has abandoned her. She’s persecuted and questioned. In the midst of this, she choose to worship Jesus. As she does, she gets the revelation that Jesus would never leave her, and even if she can’t feel Him, she know’s He’s in her heart. This revelation can free us from roller coaster Christianity.
